Choice Network is a unified analytics and growth platform tailored for YouTube creators and digital marketers. We provide a creator-centric dashboard that allows users to securely connect, create, and manage their Google Ads accounts to track their performance in a single place. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
2. Data We Collect via Google APIs
When you authenticate via Google OAuth, we request access to:
- YouTube Analytics (youtube.readonly): To display your channel’s performance, views, and engagement metrics within your private dashboard.
- Google Ads (adwords): Choice Network uses the Google Ads API to provide account creation, campaign management, and performance auditing. We manage campaign logistics and retrieve data on reach, impressions, clicks, and spend to generate ROI reports.
- Google Profile (openid, email, profile): To verify your identity and retrieve your channel's public profile picture and name when linking an account to the Choice Network Directory.
3. How We Use Your Data
Choice Network uses information received from Google APIs strictly for providing and improving the features of the Choice Network application that are prominent in the user interface. We will use your data to provide you with the services you specifically requested. This includes:
- Dashboard Services: We use your Google Ads data to provide you with the account creation, management, and campaign auditing services you specifically requested. This allows for full-lifecycle ROI verification.
- Institutional Verification: Choice Network acts as a technical bridge. We use Google API data to verify that your channel or account meets our internal safety and quality standards for participation in the network.
- Improving Functionality: We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the user interface and performance of our reporting tools.
⚖️ 4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Choice Network’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Prohibited Uses of Google User Data
Choice Network strictly prohibits using Google user data for any of the following:

- ❌ Selling to data brokers
- ❌ Providing to information resellers
- ❌ Determining credit-worthiness
- ❌ Lending purposes
- ❌ Personalized or interest-based ads

- Encryption: Tokens are stored in an encrypted database. All API communication uses TLS 1.2+.
- Storage: We store your personal information only for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
- Deletion: You may request your data be deleted at any time through your dashboard settings.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You have full control over your data:
- Unlinking: You can disconnect your Google accounts at any time through the "Settings" menu in the dashboard.
- Revocation: Upon unlinking, we immediately delete the associated OAuth tokens from our database, effectively revoking our access.
- Google Settings: You can also revoke access directly through Google Security Settings.
8. Cookies and Session Management
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session as you navigate the Choice Network Dashboard. These cookies do not store personal information and are cleared upon logout or session expiry.
9. Account Deletion & Right to be Forgotten
You may request the full deletion of your Choice Network account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please email partners@choicecmshub.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Upon verification, all your stored OAuth tokens and personal identifiers will be purged from our production databases within 72 hours.
