Agreement to Terms
By accessing Choice CMS Hub, Choice Ad Network, or any services provided by Choice Network Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.
1. Service Scope
Choice Network provides a suite of tools for digital creators and brands. These services are provided "as-is" and we maintain the right to modify or terminate features at our discretion.
2. Third-Party Policy Compliance
Users of our platform are also bound by the terms of our technology partners:

- Google Ads API Terms: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/terms
3. Inter-Domain Interconnection
You acknowledge that Choice Network operates as a unified ecosystem. If you link a YouTube channel in Choice CMS Hub, that data may be used to verify performance within Choice Ad Network or BrandConnect if you engage in those areas of the platform.
4. Prohibited Acts
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Manipulating engagement metrics (views, subscribers, clicks).
- Scraping data for use outside the Choice Network ecosystem.
- Using our tools for any illegal or deceptive marketing practices.
5. Google Ads API Compliance
By using the ChoiceAds™ reporting engine, you represent and warrant that your use of the Choice Network platform will at all times comply with the Google Ads API Terms of Service. Choice Network reserves the right to terminate access for any account found to be in violation of Google's advertising policies or our internal brand safety standards.
